Bobbing Head Panda

Ok. I have no idea what the name of this thing is. I only know that it looks strikingly similar to the famous "Sad Panda" stuff from Japan. I bought it because it's little head bobs up and down, and I just love that. It's the best feature of this little toy. Instead of placing it on my car's dashboard, I have it sitting on my desk by the computer so I can reach out and tap it's little head anytime I want.

Oh...and this site REALLY does look MUCH better in Internet Explorer.
